Returns Policy
Returns Policy We pride ourselves in being an honest and open company where we treat people as we would like to be treated, therefore we offer an unrivalled returns policy where if you are not happy with the product you have purchased from us, let us know within 7 days and we will refund you as soon as we receive the returned item in it's original packaging and condition (there will be a small deduction made to cover our postage and packaging costs).
Please note: Items obviously tampered with or wilfully damaged will not be replaced or refunded & you will be asked to pay the postage to get the item back.
Should you need to return an item please cover yourself and send it back by recorded delivery, items lost in the post under these conditions will enable you to recover your costs from Royal Mail.
NOTE: Any underpayment on postage will mean your item will be returned to you by Royal Mail as we can no longer accept underpaid mail (due to some unprofessional companies sending us unsolicited mail that has insufficient or in some cases no postage paid) - Please ensure you put the correct postage on the package
For faulty items we will offer a replacement or a refund based on your personal circumstances, in this instance please contact us as soon as possible and we will fulfill our promise to you.
