About Us

We have been trading as Ultimate Home and Garden since early 2007 and primarily our intention was to focus on eco friendly GU10 bulbs of various types, however we quickly realised that with our attention to customer support and quick dispatch times were not going unnoticed and customer referrals saw us receive many requests for more general everyday items. We started to expand into garden and home ware early in 2008 and will continue to grow the range in the coming years.

We are based in Dartford Kent and are an online only business, although we are happy to have customers collect items in person from our warehouse in Crayford, please contact us for more details regarding collections.

Our aim is to answer all emails within 24 hours, however, often this will be done within an hour or two of us receiving any question.

We trade on eBay and Tazbar plus other auction sites as well, our feedback is something we are proud of.
